**Position**: Packing - Dispatch Supervisor

**Department**:Production / Packing

**Min Qualification**:B.A. / B.COM / Any Graduate

**Min Experience**: 03 - 05 Years in Production Department

**Industries Preferred**:Medical Device / Bio-Tech / Any Other Plastic or Manufacturing Industry.

**Salary**:18,000/- to 22,000/

**Responsibilities**:
**1. **The Packing Supervisor is responsible for directing a small team of production team members.

2. Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement.

3. Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.

4. Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within concern production department.

5. Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.

6. Report to the next level HOD.

7. Controlling the damages related to the production.

8. Perform under pressure situation because of the deadline of the dispatch is most important for the production team.

9. Packaging Supervisor - Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment:
10. Studies production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.

11. Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.

12. Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.

13. Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department.

14. Trains workers in operation of equipment.

15.Requisitions containers and other supplies for delivery to work stations.

16. Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

17. Managing one's own time and the time of others.

18. Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

19. Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

20. Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.

21. Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
