**Job Title: Production Supervisor**

**Department: Manufacturing/Production**

**Reports to**: Production Manager/Operations Manager

Location: Goblaj, Kheda

**Job Overview**:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring the efficient, safe, and quality-driven manufacturing of products. They will lead a team of operators, technicians, and other production personnel, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety protocols are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leadership**: Supervise, train, and support production staff to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
- **Production Planning**: Develop, implement, and maintain daily production schedules and ensure timely execution.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- **Resource Management**: Ensure that necessary materials, equipment, and personnel are available and efficiently utilized.
- **Safety Compliance**: Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring all safety regulations and procedures are followed.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report production metrics such as yield, output, downtime, and wastage. Make recommendations for improvements.
- **Troubleshooting & Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions or production delays.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including logs of shifts, output, and maintenance issues.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control, inventory) to coordinate activities and resolve any cross-functional issues.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with production equipment, machinery, and software; understanding of production processes and quality control.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify production problems and implement effective solutions quickly.
- **Leadership**: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage team performance.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to identify and rectify production inefficiencies and quality issues.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of specific industry standards, if applicable (e.g., ISO, GMP, OSHA).

**Working Conditions**:

- The role typically requires working in a factory or warehouse environment.
- May involve long hours, shift work, and standing for extended periods.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required.

Salary-20k-25k

Transport Facility available from Narol to Goblaj.
