Job Title: Regulatory Affairs Executive - Cosmetics & Personal Care

Location: Kheda - Gujrat - 3 to 5 Years of exp

Compensation: up to 6 LPA

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Study legal documents and collate regulatory information across markets.
- Ensure compliance with Cosmetics & Perfumes Regulatory Agency guidelines and country-specific requirements.
- Stay updated with regulatory legislation changes and guidelines.
- Define requirements for labelling, storage, and packaging.
- Maintain product drawings, artworks, and document distribution records.
- Prepare and maintain MSDS, QQF, and country-specific documents.
- Support QC/QA procedures with record keeping, specifications, and inspection schedules.
- Draft specifications for In-process, Intermediate, Raw Material (RM), and Packaging Material (PM) testing.
- Prepare test data sheets for RM, PM, intermediates & stability testing.
- Conduct and review Impact Assessment / Risk Assessment reports.
- Ensure GMP compliance in raw material and batch documentation.
- Review, update, and approve artworks as per country-wise legal requirements.
- Prepare certificates including COA, GMP, No Animal Testing, Impurities, and Free Sale Certificates.
- Monitor and research new regulatory updates proactively to ensure product compliance.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of personal care regulatory documentation.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong knowledge of US FDA & EU regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in preparing MSDS, COA, PIF, CPNP files.
- Sound understanding of Indian Drug & Cosmetic Act (Schedule S & GMP).
- Hands-on experience with JD Edwards / MS Office tools.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and result-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of environmental monitoring, calibration of instruments, and cosmetic RM/PM stability tests.
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
