Job Title R D Executive - Cosmetics Department Research Development R D Location Kheda Designation Executive Budget 5 0 LPA We are looking for an R D Executive to join our Cosmetic Division at Kheda The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving cosmetic formulations ensuring quality stability and cost-effectiveness of new and existing products Key Responsibilities Develop new cosmetic formulations as per market trends and customer requirements Conduct lab trials stability studies and performance testing Optimize product formulations for cost performance and compliance Maintain proper documentation lab records and formulation data Coordinate with Production QA QC and Packaging teams for pilot and scale-up batches Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Desired Profile B Sc M Sc in Chemistry Cosmetics Science or related field 2-5 years of experience in cosmetic product development Strong understanding of raw materials emulsions and formulation processes Good analytical documentation and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 42 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
