**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source fabrics, accessories, trims, and readymade garments from reliable vendors.
- Build and maintain relationships with têxtile suppliers, garment manufacturers, and mills.
- Coordinate with designers and production teams to meet material requirements for new collections.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines.
- Travel to markets and vendor locations to evaluate product quality and finalize purchases.
- Maintain inventory levels and initiate re-orders as needed.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery to support production schedules.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
- Track market trends in fabric and garment pricing, quality, and availability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of procurement experience in the apparel/fashion industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of fabric types, garment trims, and fashion sourcing.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel locally or outstation for sourcing as required.

**Nice to Have**:

- Prior experience working with boutiques, fashion houses, or uniform suppliers.
- Knowledge of fashion design basics or garment construction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
