Roles and Responsibilities:
The roles and responsibilities of Procurement Analyst will include the following:
Coordinate with all internal stakeholders for all procurement needs of the Company

Create and maintain vendor database and track vendor performance

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors

Preparing cost-benefit analysis/ comparison reports of goods and services for review and approval of Senior Management

Negotiate with vendors for best quote for goods and services the company requires within promulgated budget

Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement cost reports

Generate Purchase Orders and track appropriate delivery of goods and services, and ensure payments to vendors

Manage and ensure effective running of the Procurement Department

Review all contract specifications with vendors

Ensure relevant Procurement policies and procedures are followed by all departments in the Company

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
