**Summary of the position**
This is a dynamic role that involves liaising with the clients, internal support

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and suppliers on

projects, supplies, and initiatives. Provide input on how changes may
affect purchasing and production activities.
- Market Awareness: Monitor changes in the market that impact the

supply and demand of materials and products. Share relevant updates
with team members and stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Participate in meetings to report on any issues or

risks that could affect the organization's ability to meet customer
demands or manage production capacity effectively.
- Product Support: Assist in evaluating product change requests and

communicate potential impacts on capacity planning. Ensure changes
align with production capabilities.
- Supplier Relationships: Help build and maintain strong relationships

with suppliers. Ensure clear and effective communication to support
operational needs.

supplier management and market analysis.

- Contract Support: Aid in negotiating contracts, improving pricing, and

refining business terms with suppliers. Contribute to identifying
opportunities for savings using best practices in procurement tools and
methods.
