As an E-Tendering professional, your primary responsibility is to manage the entire electronic tendering process for the organization. You will be responsible for managing the tender process from start to finish, which includes preparing tenders, publishing tenders, and managing the tender evaluation process. Key responsibilities of an E-Tendering professional may include:
**RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Preparing tenders: You will be responsible for preparing tender documents, which may include request for proposals (RFPs), request for quotes (RFQs), and invitation to tender (ITT) documents. This includes drafting tender requirements, creating tender evaluation criteria, and ensuring that tender documents comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

2. Publishing tenders: You will be responsible for publishing tenders on the organization's e-tendering platform or other online procurement platforms. This includes ensuring that tenders are published on time and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

3. Monitoring and reporting: You will need to monitor the tendering process and provide regular reports to management on the status of tenders. This includes monitoring the number of bidders, the quality of bids, and the overall success of the tendering process.

4. Ensuring compliance: You will need to ensure that the organization's tendering process is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements, including procurement regulations and data protection laws. This may involve developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

5. Maintaining the e-tendering platform: You will be responsible for maintaining the organization's e-tendering platform, which may include updating the platform with new features and functionality, ensuring that the platform is secure, and troubleshooting any technical issues that arise.

Qualifications for an E-Tendering professional may include:
1. Bachelor's degree in procurement or BCA or Related field. 2. Strong knowledge of e-tendering platforms and electronic procurement systems. 3. Experience managing the tendering process, including preparing tenders, publishing tenders, and managing the tender evaluation process. 4. Familiarity with procurement regulations and data protection laws. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work effectively with bidders and other stakeholders. 6. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze bid proposals and evaluate tenders. 7. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 8. Experience with project management software and tools. 9. Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines. 10. Experience in a similar role in a public or private sector organization

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
