**Job Profile**:

- Executive - Tender is responsible for leading and managing all activities in support of the Company's sales support department for filing Tenders / E-Tenders while ensuring that company standards are achieved and maintained.
- Can able to Tender Search, Quotation/Offer/Bid Preparations, Online Bidding, E-Tendering, Tender and Bid Follow Up, Filing and Documentation etc.
- Offline & online tender (Eprocure, nprocure, all online website etc)
- Taking care of all tenders (GEM + Company tender+ Fill all RFQs
- Checking of all tender and related documents
- Finding new tenders from various platforms and sites

**KRAs / Competence**:

- Error Free Tender submission / Tender Searching
- Sales Support to Sales Team with in Stipulated time
- Offer submission within stipulated time period (Within 24 Hrs)
- EMD & Tender Tracker
- GEM Bidding Processing & Close the orders

**Other Skills (Know-hows)Required**:

- Good Communication, MS Office, Data Management
