**Front Desk Duties**:

- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, providing accurate information or redirecting calls to appropriate department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, Couriers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring effective time management.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Provide administrative support.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office events and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records and manage both physical and electronic record.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking, as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience of 5 years as a front desk representative, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Graduate in office administration or a related field are a plus.
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
