.**Position Name**: Lecturer/Instructor/Editor for Corporate Training Program Development(M/F)

**Location**: Pune

**Job description**:

- Develop a full-scale training program consisting of various modules tailored to the requirements of different departments.
- Ensure the program covers essential areas such as programming languages, soft skills (including English proficiency and cultural training), tools, methods, internal processes, product-related protocols and interfaces, company-specific products and modules, and the company glossary.
- Expand the training program to include department-specific knowledge, facilitating the integration of new employees into existing teams through smaller work packages.
- Design and implement various training methods, including online training, external training, internal training, and external workshops, to effectively deliver the modules.
- Maintain a structured and organized approach to both thinking and working, ensuring all training materials are logically arranged and easily accessible.
- Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and integrate them into the training program.

**Education and Experience**:

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Several years of experience in teaching and content creation.
- Proven ability to develop and implement training programs and modules.
- Strong organizational and structured thinking skills.
- Knowledge of German is advantageous, ideally having studied at a German university or university of applied sciences (Fachhochschule).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹163,690.00 - ₹1,001,863.80 per year
