**Job Description**:

- Teaching and Collect and maintaining trainees' details and providing data for ERP /
- Co-ordinate induction program after rope-in of trainees
- Maintain & monitor trainees' attendance
- Update & maintain documents for audit
- Visit partnering industries regularly and co-ordinate with
- Shop floor supervisors for trainees' performance and
- Assessments
- Conduct theoretical & practical assessments
- Counsel and motivate trainees periodically
