Sales and Marketing Intern

Drive Loans Sales (Secured and Unsecured) business through open market, lead farming & mining.
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Create and drive alternate channels for Sales along with the regular channels
- Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Maintain DSR on daily basis
- Report to Sales Manager

**Deliverables**:

- Achieve sales targets of min.20 Lakhs monthly (Secured + Unsecured Loans)disbursal
- Maintain knowledge on all products and services and assist to resolve customer queries
- Develop new relationships with customers to increase revenue and accounts

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and embrace innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.

**Mandatory Terms -**
- Must have a two wheeler or four wheeler.
