**Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive **Talent Acquisition Executive** with 1-3 years of experience in **Non-IT recruitment**. The role involves managing the **end-to-end recruitment cycle** for our architectural and engineering domains, ensuring we hire the right talent for roles across BIM, drafting, design, and operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define role specifications.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in **Non-IT recruitment** (experience in architecture/engineering/construction industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals/ATS tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
