**Job Title: FIRST Tech Challenge Material Handler (Entry Level/Fresher)**

**Position Overview**:
As an Entry Level FIRST Tech Challenge Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and distribution of materials for the FIRST Tech Challenge program. This role is an excellent opportunity for freshers to get involved in a dynamic robotics and engineering environment, contributing to the success of student robotics teams. Your responsibilities will revolve around organizing, maintaining, and distributing materials required for the FIRST Tech Challenge competitions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / Engineering or equivalent. Interest in robotics, engineering, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Effective communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to lift and move moderately heavy materials.
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to robotics projects.

**Salary**:

- 20000-25000 PM

**Job Location - **Hinjewadi Phase II, Pune -57

**Work day**:

- Monday to Friday

**Office time**:

- 9to 5pm

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Material Inventory Management**:

- Receive, catalogue, and document incoming materials for FIRST Tech Challenge teams.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of robot parts, electronics, tools, and other components.
- Collaborate with team members to update inventory databases or systems.

**2. Material Distribution**:

- Prepare and distribute materials to participating FIRST Tech Challenge teams as per their specific needs.
- Coordinate with mentors and team leaders to fulfil material requests promptly and accurately.

**3. Quality Control**:

- Inspect received materials for quality, completeness, and suitability for competition use.
- Flag any discrepancies or defects to supervisors and follow appropriate procedures.

**4. Workspace Organization**:

- Assist in organizing and maintaining a tidy workspace for assembling, testing, and modifying robot components.
- Ensure that tools and materials are readily accessible for team members.

**5. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Record material transactions, distributions, and usage accurately in designated logs or software.
- Generate reports on material utilization and levels for better resource management.

**6. Assistance during Events**:

- Provide logístical support during FIRST Tech Challenge events, including material setup and distribution.
- Collaborate with event organizers to ensure teams have access to required materials.

**7. Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with mentors, coaches, and student team members to understand material requirements.
- Communicate effectively to ensure materials are provided in a timely manner.

**8. Safety and Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling tools and materials.
- Promote a safe environment by identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
