**Position Overview**:
As a Motion Graphic Designer at Hi-Res Audio, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and compelling motion graphics for our products and marketing materials. We are seeking a highly creative individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in motion graphic design and a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Motion Graphics & Video Editing**:

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and videos for social media, advertising, and other digital platforms.
- Edit videos to enhance visual storytelling, including adding effects, transitions, and audio synchronization.
- Collaborate with the team to conceptualize and execute video content aligned with brand objectives.

**2. Graphic Design**:

- Develop visually appealing graphics, banners, and layouts for online campaigns, posts, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.

**3. Social Media Marketing**:

- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Monitor trends and analyze social media performance to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers and improve brand awareness.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly to foster a positive community.

**4. Collaboration & Innovation**:

- Work closely with marketing and content teams to align design and social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, social media trends, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics, video editing, graphic design, and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
- Strong creativity, storytelling, and problem-solving skills.
