Laser Cutting Machine Programmer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic) for sheet metal fabrication.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files.
- Select proper cutting programs, adjust machine settings, and perform machine calibrations as needed.
- Load and unload sheet metal onto the cutting bed using appropriate handling tools or equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Perform routine maintenance on laser machines and troubleshoot minor issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and comply with all safety regulations.
- Record production data and complete job documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience operating CNC laser cutting machines in a sheet metal environment.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of sheet metal types, thicknesses, and properties.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and problem-solving skills.
- Forklift or crane operation experience is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position; may require overtime and weekend shifts.
- Physically demanding - standing, bending, and lifting metal sheets (up to 50 lbs).
- Exposure to noise, heat, and metal dust - proper PPE must be worn.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
