**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program Development: Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for turret punch machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or proprietary software).
- Machine Setup & Operation: Set up and test turret punch machines to ensure proper operation and efficiency.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine job requirements.
- Tooling Selection: Choose appropriate tools, punches, and dies for different materials and production requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect first-run and production parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards.
- Process Optimization: Improve programming and machine utilization to reduce cycle times and material waste.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to programming, tooling, or machine performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, production supervisors, and machine operators to improve processes.
- Documentation: Maintain records of programs, setups, and adjustments for future reference.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with CNC programming and turret punch presses (e.g., Amada, Trumpf, or Strippit).
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Metalic, Mastercam, or proprietary turret programming software).
- Strong understanding of sheet metal, material properties, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
- Experience with G-code and M-code programming is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2 to 3 years experience in a Turret Machine Programmer and setting.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
- Experience with CNC laser cutting or press brake programming is a plus.

**Salary Range**:
**-**18,000 to 30,000 p.m.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
