Position: Procurement Executive

Experience: 6 months-2 years

Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Identify purchase requirements by approaching various departments and approve purchases after checking the inventory and usage level.
- Obtain quotation from the identified supplier(s) as per the quantity and quality specifications and negotiate with them to get the best deal for the company.
- Prepare a comparative item wise on the basis of quotation received from the suppliers.
- Ensure availability of required quantity of material for achieving daily target of execution.
- Maintain a manufacturer and supplier database using various methods such as researching and evaluating prospective suppliers, references, exhibitions, product catalogues, etc. and shortlist them on the basis of various criteria.
- Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating terms and conditions of contract.
- Coordinate with Project Team and follow-up for invoices of Vendors/Contractors.
- Coordinate with Vendors and update the payable sheet as per company payment cycle.

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
