**Job Brief**:
We are looking for a **Purchase Executive **to professionally manage activities related to strategic or tactical onboarding and assessment of new vendors, fulfilling purchase requisites, processing purchasing transactions for materials, supplies, and services

**Responsibility**:

- Process purchase requisitions/orders. Follow up with Suppliers on deliveries and coordinate with Inventory to ensure that all items are delivered on time and updated in the system without delays
- Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties advise the Procurement Manager of any discrepancies/amendments of any POs as part of the process
- Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists. Create and maintain an efficient rating system as a tool for measuring delivery adherence for future reference at the time of PO issuance
- Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies
- Review and approve shipments and documents from suppliers according to agreed terms
- Compile Group data on RM/ Packing Material/ Common Consumables and analysis of same to add value to the system
- Issuance of MRN Stock Transfer as per the purchase and process
- Maintaining their database of all suppliers and vendors
- Submission of supplies invoices to accounts within the TAT with approvals from the purchases manager
- Negotiate contract terms of agreements and pricing

**Skills Required**:

- Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent degree related to supply chain is considered
- Well-versed with MS Office (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Demonstrated experience in Procurement related ERP system
- Experience related to supply chain is considered an asset with 2-3 Years in a Manufacturing Industry & should have knowledge of supply chain, production, and processing, relevant tools, and technology, applicable regulations, and standards, administration, and management
- The ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- A grasp of economics and market dynamics
- The ability to work to a deadline
- Taking ownership and accountability for producing tangible results
- A willingness to undertake professional development
