**Academic Counsellor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand various courses and career options.
- Assist students with information related to courses and guide them in the right direction for their educational advancement.
- Counselling students for course selection and preparing follow-up and monitoring progress for all the students assigned.
- Prepare, and enter data into CRM, and ensure its accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 0-2 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, psychology, social work or a related field.
- Should be proficient in multiple languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skill.
- Knowledge of educational policy and regulations.
- Have a natural knack for convincing others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

**Work Location**: Sattva Global City, Mysore Rd, Remco Housing Society, Rajarajeshwari Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560059

**Work Hours**:Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jayanagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
