**Job Position**: Officer - Finance & Accounts

**Purpose of the Job**:
The Officer Finance and Accounts will manage daily financial operations, including invoicing, accounting, bank payments, and debtor collection for Bridgeway Specialized Contracting Co (One of the company under Bridgeway Group), a contracting division based in the Saudi Arabia. While the employee will be on the payroll of a BPO company in India, they will report functionally to the Finance Head of Bridgeway Specialized Contracting Co in Saudi Arabia and administratively to the BPO company. The role ensures compliance with financial regulations and supports the financial health of the contracting division.

**List of Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee invoicing and ensure timely billing for company projects.
- Manage accounting functions, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial data accuracy.
- Handle bank payments and receipts, ensuring effective cash flow management.
- Monitor and ensure timely debtor collections while maintaining the ageing report.
- Prepare and review reconciliation statements for banks, vendors, and customers.
- Generate and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports to support client decision-making
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with prevailing rules and regulations
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for contracting operations.
- Manage cash flow and optimize working capital for the company operations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors for timely audit completion.
- Implement financial controls and governance practices specific to the contracting division.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Report to the Finance Head of Bridgeway Specialized Contracting Co in Saudi Arabia for all finance and accounts-related matters
- Collaborate with the Group General Manager of BSCC to provide financial insights and support business objectives.
- Reconcile financial transactions and assist in month-end and year end closures.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams in trucking project expenses and preparing cost reports

- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Ensure timely vendor payments and staff reimbursements in accordance with company policies.
- Develop and implement financial policies and improve internal control systems.
- Monitor project profitability and assist in cost-saving strategies for the Maxfire.

**Specialized Knowledge & Skills**:

- Expertise in invoicing, accounting, and reconciliation processes for contracting businesses.
- Proficiency in managing bank payments and debtor collections.
- Advanced skills in financial reporting and MIS.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or financial software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with both local and international teams.
- Ability to manage financial operations independently and ensure compliance with deadlines

**Qualification**

CA/ICWAL Inter/MBA from reputed Organisations/ M.Com with experience from reputed companies

**Experience**

Minimum 4 Years

**Other Requirements**

Flexibility in Travelling to Saudi Arabia as and when required on shorter notice

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
