Duty and Responsibility

Restaurant:
1. To maintain optimum sales volume and strive to achieve sales objectives budgeted for the department.

2. To organize and develop the F&B team to ensure satisfying working conditions.

3. To ensure that Food & Beverage Sales and Control Procedures are followed as prescribed by the Management.

4. To handle guest complaints and address guest grievances appropriately.

5. To closely coordinate with restaurant cashier, also to coordinate with kitchen staff working behind buffet.

6. To closely coordinate with Executive chef and Sous Chef for timely production of food orders placed by guests.

7. To closely coordinate with accounts Department for reviewing operating accounting reports and financial statements of the restaurant.

Banquets:
1. Ensures room is set up in accordance with customer specifications by supervising set-up staff and inspecting room comfort, lighting and temperature prior to event.

2. Conduct function review with customer; adjusts specifications as necessary and follows up to insure all details are correct.

3. Co-ordinates the set up of each function by verifying desired services and menu in advance with other departments as needed.

4. Synchronises timing of banquet activities by verifying details with Executive Chef

5. Inspects banquet rooms on an on-going basis and takes appropriate steps to ensure facilities are in excellent condition at all time.

6. Manages food and beverage service provided during banquets and meetings; ensures the quality of food and beverage products served.

7. Initiates purchase orders for specific banquet items and maintains inventory of banquet equipment and supplies.

8. Prepares budget; monitors actual expenses and compares to budget, taking corrective action as appropriate.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
