Freelance Chef

We are seeking a creative and experienced Chef for our diet food service. As our Chef for Diet Food, you will be responsible for creating healthy and nutritious meals that are both delicious and visually appealing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and create healthy and balanced menus that meet our clients' dietary requirements and preferences
- Plan and prepare meals using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we are staying within budget
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest dietary trends and recommendations
- Collaborate with our nutritionist and other members of our team to ensure that we are meeting our clients' needs

**Requirements**:

- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a Chef, preferably with experience in diet food preparation
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and food presentation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools, as well as food safety and sanitation guidelines

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
