**Initial Responsibilities**:

- Create comprehensive course content, presentations, and manuals.
- Design lab structures and prepare various course projects.
- Develop whitepapers on project architecture and business use cases.
- Identify required free and premium resources for training sessions.
- List AI solutions used in DevOps with AI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure using container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI).
- Train and mentor team members on DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies.
- Source and onboard talent in the DevOps and AI space.
- Maintain documentation of workflows and best practices using Confluence, Notion, and GitBook.
- Conduct training sessions on AI model development tools (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS SageMaker).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD processes.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and Chef.
- Perform vulnerability assessments and security audits (Qualys, Nessus, Burp Suite).
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve DevOps processes.
- Develop a curriculum for training new hires on DevOps tools and practices.
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations for team members.
- Lead incident management efforts and document lessons learned.
- Foster discussions around emerging technologies in DevOps and AI.
- Create strategies for disaster recovery and business continuity (Zerto, Veeam, Acronis).
- Manage cloud resources across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud efficiently.
- Implement API management solutions (Apigee, Akana, SoapUI).
- Promote a collaborative work environment for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate insights into training programs.
- Engage with external training resources and communities for new ideas.
- Create an inclusive training environment accommodating diverse learning styles.
- Utilize machine learning tools (H2O.ai, KubeFlow, MLflow) for model deployment.
- Implement model monitoring and management tools (Neptune.ai, Prometheus).
- Collaborate with data scientists for successful AI model deployment.
- Incorporate natural language processing tools (SpaCy, NLTK) for relevant projects.
- Support data pipeline development using Apache Airflow and Apache Kafka.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in DevOps and AI model deployment.
- Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab).
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash; experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to mentor effectively.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
