- Facilitate hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world scenarios to ensure practical understanding.
- Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and assessments, based on the latest DevOps trends and technologies.
- Develop customized content for specific tools and platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform).
- Provide one-on-one mentorship to trainees, addressing individual learning needs.
- Offer career guidance and skill enhancement suggestions for aspiring DevOps professionals.
- Stay updated on the latest DevOps tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrate expertise in CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, orchestration, and monitoring tools.
- Assess participants through quizzes, projects, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their skills.
- Work closely with other trainers, curriculum designers, and technical teams to align training content with organizational goals.
- Engage with stakeholders to customize training as per client requirements.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in DevOps practices, tools, and workflows.
- Previous experience in training, mentoring, or technical teaching is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
- Expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, engaging manner.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or similar.
- Experience in agile and DevSecOps practices.
- Prior experience in developing e-learning modules or online training.
