**Job Title**: AWS and Azure DevOps Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and exercises, covering various aspects of AWS and DevOps.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to individuals or groups, both in-person and online.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs and skill levels of different audiences, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced users.
- Provide guidance and support to trainees throughout their learning journey, answering questions, offering assistance, and addressing challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in AWS and DevOps to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback sessions, and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Assist in the development of certification preparation courses for AWS and DevOps certifications, providing guidance and resources to help trainees succeed in their certification exams.
- Support the sales and marketing efforts by participating in promotional activities, such as webinars, workshops, and conferences, to attract new trainees and promote training services.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, fostering a collaborative learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge sharing among trainees.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) highly preferred.
- Proven experience working with AWS services and solutions, such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, etc.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), configuration management, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (IaC), etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, or mentoring individuals in a professional setting is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to different learning styles and preferences, providing personalized support and guidance to trainees.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others learn and succeed in their career goals.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and methodologies is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions, workshops, or events.
