**Initial Responsibilities**:

- Create comprehensive course content, presentations, and manuals.
- Design lab structures and prepare various course projects.
- Develop whitepapers on project architecture and business use cases.
- Identify necessary free and premium resources for training sessions.
- List AI solutions utilized in Full Stack Development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging training materials.
- Deliver interactive training sessions.
- Provide guidance and support throughout training, lab, and project phases.
- Facilitate hands-on coding exercises for entry-level and mid to senior developers.
- Enhance existing training content to stay relevant with industry trends.
- Evaluate participant progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure training alignment with business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in front-end development using React.js/Angular.js, with a strong grasp of concepts, workflows, and best practices.
- Proven expertise in training or educational programs within a technical or IT-related domain.
- Strong knowledge of databases and persistence frameworks such as MongoDB, Postgres, and Oracle.
- Proficient in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, TypeScript, Bootstrap, Backbone).
- Familiar with back-end technologies including JavaScript, PHP, Python, Java, and Ruby on Rails.
- Hands-on experience with analysis tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Proficient in build/deployment tools (IntelliJ, Jenkins, Ansible, GitLab, Chef, AWS Code Deploy).
- Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and frameworks (Spring Framework, Spring Boot).
- Familiarity with DevOps toolchains (Selenium, GitHub, Terraform).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.
- Proficiency in communication tools (MS Teams, Slack).
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Solid knowledge of Windows and Linux servers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a supportive learning environment.
- A passion for teaching and mentoring, committed to helping others achieve their learning goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to various learning styles and preferences.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in education, instructional design, or adult learning principles are a plus.
- Experience with documentation tools (Document360, Confluence, Doxygen, GitBook, Scribe, Notion, Tettra) is highly recommended.
