As a Full-stack Java Trainer, you will play a crucial role in imparting knowledge and skills to our learners, ensuring they are equipped with industry-relevant expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on full-stack Java development, encompassing front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like Angular/React/Vue.js) and back-end technologies (Java, Spring framework, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).
- Develop course content, training materials, exercises, and assignments that are engaging and aligned with industry standards.
- Provide hands-on guidance and support to trainees during lab sessions and project work.
- Assess the progress of trainees through assignments, projects, and quizzes; provide constructive feedback to facilitate learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in full-stack Java development and integrate them into training programs.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance existing courses and create new ones as per industry demands.
- Maintain training schedules, records of attendance, and performance reports of trainees.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Full-stack Java Trainer or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Java programming and familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, etc.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one modern framework (Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to engage and inspire learners.
- Experience in designing curriculum and training materials is preferred.
- Certification in Java or relevant technologies is a plus.
