**Job Title**:
Generative AI/ Python /Java Full Stack Trainer

Currently, we are expanding our training team and seeking an experienced trainer for Generative AI, Python Programming, and Java Full Stack Development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions (offline or online) on Generative AI, Python programming, and Java Full Stack Development.
- Design course materials, assignments, and projects to ensure practical, hands-on learning.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in AI, Python, and Java ecosystems.
- Monitor and evaluate students progress, provide feedback, and support their career growth.
- Mentor students for real-world project development and industry readiness.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve and update course content continuously.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proven experience as a **Trainer/Instructor/Industry Professional** in Generative AI, Python, and Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of **Generative AI concepts** (LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, Model fine-tuning, OpenAI tools, etc.).
- Proficiency in **Python** programming and frameworks (Flask/Django, NumPy, Pandas, etc.).

Expertise in **Java Full Stack** technologies:

- Core Java, Advanced Java
- Spring / Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React / Angular (preferred)
- Database: MySQL, MongoDB
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) — a plus.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or delivering workshops is highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Professional certifications (where applicable) will be an added advantage.
