**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver engaging training programs in Full Stack Java development.
- Create instructional materials, including presentations, handouts, and coding examples.
- Conduct hands-on coding sessions, workshops, and labs to facilitate practical learning.
- Assess student progress through evaluations, quizzes, and project reviews.
- Provide mentoring and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Java development and software engineering.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance curriculum and training methods.
- Gather feedback from students to improve course content and delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in Full Stack Java development, including proficiency in Java, Spring, Hibernate, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easily understandable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others succeed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Java or web development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and DevOps practices.
