Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled and passionate Culinary Associate to support our culinary operations. As a Culinary Associate, you'll work closely with our chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality experts to develop innovative menus, implement culinary standards, and ensure exceptional food quality. If you're a culinary enthusiast with a passion for creativity and excellence, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:
1. *Menu Development:* Collaborate with chefs and restaurateurs to create innovative menus, recipes, and culinary concepts.

2. *Culinary Operations:* Support the implementation of culinary standards, food safety protocols, and quality control measures.

3. *Recipe Development:* Develop and test new recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across all dishes.

4. *Food Costing:* Assist in food costing, menu pricing, and inventory management.

5. *Culinary Research:* Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, ingredients, and techniques to continuously improve our culinary offerings.

6. *Collaboration:* Work closely with our hospitality consultants, chefs, and restaurateurs to ensure seamless culinary operations.

**Requirements**:
1. *Culinary Degree:* Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field.

2. *Culinary Experience:* 2+ years of culinary experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service establishment.

3. *Creativity:* Proven creativity and innovation in menu development and culinary operations.

4. *Attention to Detail:* Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.

5. *Communication:* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
