Job Title: Venture Capitalist

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Deal Sourcing**: Proactively identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in startups and high-growth companies.
- **Due Diligence**: Conduct thorough financial, legal, and operational due diligence on potential investments to assess their viability and risk.
- **Investment Analysis**: Analyze market trends, business models, and financial projections to make informed investment decisions.
- **Negotiation**: Lead negotiations on investment terms, valuations, and structures to secure favorable deals for the fund and its investors.
- **Portfolio Management**: Oversee and support the portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and additional funding rounds as needed.
- **Exit Strategies**: Plan and execute exit strategies for investments, such as public offerings or sales, to realize returns on the fund’s investments.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, other investors, and industry professionals to source deals and gather market intelligence.
- **Fund Management**: Participate in raising funds, managing investor relations, and developing investment strategies for the venture capital firm.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Significant experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or startup management, with a proven track record of successful investments.
- Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
- Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to take calculated risks and make tough investment decisions.

Working Conditions:

- The role may require long hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet investment deadlines and support portfolio companies.
- Travel is often necessary to evaluate investment opportunities, attend industry events, and work with portfolio companies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
