**About the Role**:
As a Product Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and enhancement of our existing product. You will work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, and data teams to help design, build, and refine software products that meet the needs of our users. This is an exciting opportunity to learn about SaaS product management, gain hands-on experience, and make a direct impact on the product roadmap.

**What you will do**:

- Support product managers in documenting product requirements, writing user stories, and helping prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the proper alignment between product specifications, design, and development. Provide insights and feedback on wireframes and product prototypes.
- Coordinate and participate in user testing to gather feedback on product features and usability Assist in analyzing user behavior and product performance to help inform product improvements
- Help monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user engagement, retention, and product adoption. Analyze product metrics and assist in creating reports for the product team
- Assist in the launch process, including creating product release notes, updating documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams
- Assist in conducting research on customer interviews, and user feedback sessions to gather insights into product needs and market trends

**What you should have**:

- Experience or coursework in product management, business analysis, or software development (internships, side projects, etc.).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Exposure to customer-facing SaaS products or services, especially in a B2B context.
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles or familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus
