**Job Title: ERP Implementation and Support Associate**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of ERP solutions at client sites.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of ERP systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored ERP solutions.
- Conduct user training and provide documentation to help clients utilize the system effectively.
- Travel to customer sites within India and abroad for ERP implementation, training, and support (as required).

**Qualifications**:

- Business Administration (BBA), or MBA.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation or support is preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes, especially in finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for implementations and support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
