**Job Title**: ERP Sales Executive / ERP Sales Consultant

**Location**:Bangalore
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in ERP Sales or Software Solutions Sales

**Job Overview**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a **deep understanding of the ERP product and modules** to effectively present solutions to clients.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, and nurture relationships to **convert prospects into clients**.
- Act as a **trusted advisor** to clients, understanding their business needs and recommending appropriate ERP solutions.
- **Manage the entire sales cycle** from initial contact, product demonstrations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and propose **tailored ERP solutions** that align with client requirements.
- Work closely with the **implementation team** to ensure seamless transition post-sale.
- Conduct **onsite and remote product demonstrations** and training sessions for potential customers.
- Provide timely follow-ups and **maintain customer engagement** throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and evolving client needs.
- **Maintain sales records, generate reports**, and provide updates on pipeline, revenue forecasts, and market trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience in ERP Sales or Software Solutions Sales**.
- Strong ability to **identify, engage, and close sales opportunities**.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of **ERP software and implementation processes** is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and product demonstrations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
