
Training Assistant

Job Summary:
The Training Assistant is responsible for supporting the training and development initiatives at
Crown Vet. This role involves coordinating with team members across all levels to ensure the
efficient delivery of training programs, managing logistics, assisting with audits, and maintaining
comprehensive records of trainee progress. The Training Assistant will play a vital role in
ensuring the smooth operation of all training-related activities and supporting the continuous
development of team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with mentors, mentees, and other stakeholders to monitor progress
and ensure timely submission of assessment sheets.
- Provide regular reminders and support to ensure adherence to training schedules
and deadlines.
- Induction Session Management:
- Coordinate and schedule induction sessions for new team members.
- Document and maintain records of all induction activities.
- Training Program Support:
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of training programs, including
preparation of materials and organizing necessary resources.
- Support facilitators during training sessions by providing logístical and
administrative assistance as needed.
- Logistics Management:
- Handle all logístical aspects of training programs, including booking venues,
setting up training rooms, and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment
and materials.
- Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth delivery of training
sessions.
- Audit Coordination:
- Work closely with trainers and auditors to schedule audits and ensure timely
collection and documentation of audit reports.
- Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date tracker of all team members, including their
training progress, assessment results, completed courses, and other relevant
information.
- Generate regular reports on training activities and trainee progress for review by
the Training Head.
- Feedback Management:
- Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and trainers to evaluate the
effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Training & Development
department, including document preparation, data entry, and correspondence.
- Assist in coordination across departments to ensure alignment of training
initiatives with organizational goals.
