Job Title**:Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Kolkata, India

**About the client**: Our client is a prominent real estate firm based in Kolkata. The esteemed client has delivered numerous strategically located residential and commercial properties. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, they aim to redefine the real estate landscape in the region.

**Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing

**Education**: Graduate in mass communication preferred, or experienced in real estate

marketing

**Salary** Upto Rs. 18000/

**Responsibilities**:
Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with external marketing vendors, including advertising agencies, printing firms, digital marketing agencies, and event organizers, to execute marketing campaigns and activities.

Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services.

Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes, estimates, and proposals for marketing initiatives.

Marketing Campaign Execution:
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote company projects and initiatives.

Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional merchandise.

Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, tracking key metrics and providing regular updates to the marketing manager.

Event Management:
Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, property launches, exhibitions, and other marketing events.

Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, vendor management, signage, and attendee registration.

Ensure smooth execution of events, providing on-site support and resolving any issues or challenges as they arise.

Marketing Support:
Provide support to the marketing manager in developing marketing plans, strategies, and budgets.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.

Graduate degree in mass communication preferred, or relevant experience in real estate marketing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.

Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.

Street-smart attitude with a proactive and go-getter approach.

Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools/software.

Knowledge of real estate industry trends and marketing strategies is a plus.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
