**Job Summary**:
Viacon is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support executing and assisting digital campaigns and outreach programs that strategically engage Viacon’s diverse constituency; managing and growing Viacon’s portfolio through marketing programs, managing outreach campaigns, handling inbound and outbound enquiries and providing input to strengthen marketing initiatives. Work with diverse teams within the organization and Business Unit Heads to gather requirements and enable marketing programs to reach out to new audiences and raise awareness and solve business challenges.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Handle all marketing functions and coordinate with internal business units to drive outcomes aligned with the company goals, objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate with BU Heads, Sales and Marketing to evaluate enquiries and channel it to the right Business Heads for further action.
- The position would be responsible for ensuring the fastest response time to any customer enquiry and leads from website, social media, calls, or any other vertical. Understand service capabilities, roadmap, and customization options to cater to customer enquiry.
- Collaborate with BU Heads, Sales & Marketing to define target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for focused coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Also analyze the competitors, current customer feedback to identify new opportunities and strategize marketing outreach programs. Open communication channels with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts and maintain consistent business relationship with them.
- Assist sales, marketing and business teams to prepare proposals, responses, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders through periodic follow ups and communication.
- Identify and leverage marketing/outreach opportunities to expand our brand presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses, marketing and business communities and partners.
- Manage CRM data and run campaigns in coordination with the marketing and sales team.

**Must Have**:

- Must have proven experience in marketing coordination, pre-sales, solution consulting, or PR roles.
- Must have previous experience of working with Digital Marketing/ITES/IT Companies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing & web development trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Must have exposure to the US, North American and APAC market.
- Sound knowledge of IT services and digital platforms, content distribution, digital marketing services, or experience working in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients. Presentation skills.
- Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work
- The ability to think strategically to set goals and achieve them. Ability to multitask and prioritize work. Decision-making skills.
- Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch and result-driven mindset with a focus on assisting business growth.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree, PGD, or MBA

**Job Type**: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
