**EXPERIENCE- **3+ Years in relevant field.

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at GoWebbo. In this role, you will oversee, analyze, and optimize various marketing efforts across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in strategizing marketing initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving customer retention and acquisition.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with key stakeholders.
- Vendor Coordination: Work closely with marketing agencies, conveying campaign goals, prerequisites, and budgets while syncing to discuss performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and deliver campaign requirements on time.
- Meta & Google Analytics: Monitor and interpret KPIs from Meta campaigns and analyze website metrics through Google Analytics for actionable insights.
- Website Updates and Monitoring: Work closely with Development teams to ensure websites function smoothly and stay up to date.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Take on additional marketing-related tasks as needed.
- Innovative Approach: Continuously propose innovative marketing strategies to improve results, without waiting for specific assignments.

**MUST HAVE SKILLS**:

- At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a marketing & communications role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Tact, professionalism, and a high degree of integrity and EQ
- Ability to interact with senior leaders and various stakeholders within the organization
- Proficiency in Excel and AI tools
- Strong quantitative capabilities and facility with data-driven analytics
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Wordpress and related platforms knowledge needed.

**Monday-Friday**
**11-8 pm**
**Work from office only**
