**Designation : Channel Marketing Coordinator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support real estate sales channels (e.g., brokerages, agents, digital platforms).
- Coordinate listings and promotions on MLS platforms, listing syndication portals (Zillow, Trulia, etc.), and CRM systems.
- Assist with event planning and execution (open houses, broker events, industry conferences).
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, including lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing materials and communications.
- Provide marketing support to real estate agents and partners—training, tools, and resources.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries.
- Understanding of real estate marketing channels (MLS, IDX, syndication, etc.).
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes is a strong plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and creative thinking.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or similar design tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media advertising is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
