**Marketing & Business Development Support**:

- Assist with preparation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, case studies, digital content).
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and bids with updated company/project information.

**Project Coordination & Client Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales/engineering teams and clients for project timelines, documentation, and deliverables.
- Maintain a detailed project tracking system including key milestones and deadlines.
- Coordinate the collection and distribution of required documentation for invoicing, contracts, or change orders.

**Payment Follow-up & Documentation**:

- Track invoices and coordinate with the accounts team on client billing schedules.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status, send reminders, and follow up on overdue payments in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all communication related to invoicing and collections.
- Ensure proper documentation is submitted for progress billing or project milestone payments.
- Support in preparing presentations, proposals, and bids with updated company/project information.
- Customer relationship management
- Influencer’s management (Architects, Project consultants, structural engineers etc.)
- Key accounts management.
- Maintain contact with all clients to ensure high levels high levels of client satisfaction.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-4 year experience in Construction related product Sales/ Marketing Coordination

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Good Presentation skill.
- Customer service
- Good convincing skill
- Strong Follow ups

From Construction Material background will be preferred

**Salary Range**

15000 to 25,000 in hand per month + (Bonus) + Incentives

**Location** - Kolkata, West Bengal
