Key Responsibilities:
1. Safety Program Development and Implementation:

- Develop and implement comprehensive safety programs and policies in accordance with regulatory

requirements.
- Update and maintain safety manuals and documentation.

2. Risk Assessment and Management:

- Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and corrective actions.

3. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations, including OSHA

standards.
- Stay updated on new and changing regulations and communicates these changes to management

and staff.

4. Training and Education:

- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ongoing training for existing staff.

5. Incident Investigation:

- Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-misses.
- Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations for preventing future occurrences.

6. Emergency Preparedness:

- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular drills and training sessions to ensure preparedness.

7. Safety Audits and Inspections:

- Perform regular safety audits and inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes.
- Identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training, and inspections.
- Prepare and submit required safety reports to regulatory agencies.

9. Collaboration and Communication:

- Work closely with management, employees, and external agencies to promote a culture of safety.
- Communicate safety policies and procedures effectively to all levels of the organization.

10. Continuous Improvement:

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.
- Stay current with industry best practices and integrate new safety technologies and methods

Pay: ₹9,012.83 - ₹25,000.00 per month
