Responsibilities
- Plan and organize production schedules to meet set targets.
- Ensure all production activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor production processes and make adjustments to optimize efficiency.
- Allocate resources effectively to maintain steady production flow.
- Oversee maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
- Ensure adherence to quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production operations.
- Prepare and present production reports and forecasts.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
- Manage and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the agrochemical industry.
- Thorough knowledge of production management principles and practices.
- Strong understanding of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Proven ability to manage large production teams and complex production processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
