**Hiring for a Automobile Manufacturing Company**
- Lead and supervise a team of Welders, Fitter and contact labor, providing guidance and support.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to improve skills and efficiency.
- Perform various welding operations including MIG, TIG, and stick welding according to project specifications of bus manufacturing.
- The Outer Fitter Cum Supervisor is responsible for the installation and fitting of the external components of bus structures, including doors, roofs, and side panels.
- Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure compliance with quality standards

**Experience requirements**
- ITI ; Govt or Private NCVT Welder, Fitter trade certification is preferred.
- 5-6 years experience as in same Industries.
- Proven experience as a welder with a strong understanding of welding techniques and safety practices of Bus body manufacturing exp of Min 4 Year.
- Proven experience as an outer fitter or similar role, preferably in the bus or automotive industry.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Engineering calculations
- Technical specification of materials
