Injection Blow Molding Supervisor

Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with other department such as Store for materials management and quality control.
- Lead and supervise a team, provide training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Equipment maintenance of the machines
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed and provide training to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressures and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong knowledge of PLC Programming,
- Able to change mold itself,
- Can prepare production reports and complete target within the given time period.
- Good communication skills.

**SHIFT TIMING**:

- **12 HOURS** in a day

Pay: From ₹27,000.00 per month
