Grading Supervisor

**Job responsibilities Grading M/c department**

**Grading Inspection M/c**
- Duty Time 09:00 to 19:00
- Reporting to QC & Grading Head.
- If QC & Grading Head is not in Plant or in Leave, Then Report to M.D
- Test the suppliers samples and report it to concerned department (top management, production and purchase dept. informing the deviating, if any; and also suggest for alternate.
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from Production, vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Design process control chart and implement process control accordingly.
- Collect samples as per plan and standard.
- Conduct routine and non-routine tests as per recommended standard.
- Record and properly document test result.
- Interpret test results and distribute suggestion as how the concerned depts. will fight defect already generated and from being generated.
- Report to operational and maintenance in chief as soon as any quality deterioration is detected to undertake necessary action. In case serious problems, communicate top management.
- Test the packed and stocked material from time to time to avoid any damage.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report on quality and testing issues.
- Try to understand quality in market.
- Try to contribute maximum effort to QCC & QA to be formed in cooperation with other departments.
- Find out the items to be improved and designed the scheme of quality improvement.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Teach the Grading team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Supervise the Grading process.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Properly maintain the machines/ equipments (follow the maintenance rules).
- Train up the staff continuously with motivation scheme..

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
