2. Knowledge for Sheet - Metal Fabrication and Machinery practices
3. Handling of labor up to 70
4. Ensure workflow and can work under tight deadlines.
5. Capable of task ownership and leadership skills with maximizing efficiency
creating a schedule for production
6. Setting quality standards
7. Ensuring production is cost-effective and the production process is economical
8. Ensuring health and safety protocols of machinery and equipment
9. Collaborating with team members to set and evaluate production goals.
10. Determining ways to improve production efficiency
11. Motivating, supporting and guiding team members

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
