**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work closely with the documentation team to enhance process efficiency.
- Stay informed about various vehicle loan products offered by the institution.
- Provide guidance and support to customers regarding loan options and eligibility criteria.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, explaining terms and conditions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Oversee the disbursement process for approved vehicle loans.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with vehicle loans, including collateral valuation and credit risk analysis.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in loan operations, specifically in vehicle loans.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, documentation, and compliance.
- Excellent knowledge of loan management systems.

**Note**: As a Loan Operations Specialist specializing in Vehicle Loans, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end loan operations process, with a focus on login and disbursement functions.

**Job Type**: Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
