With a presence across 195+ branches in multiple states, MAS has served over 2 million customers over the years.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Credit Officer located in Rewa. The Branch Credit Officer will be responsible for evaluating and processing loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role involves monitoring loan disbursals and repayments, conducting field visits as required, and maintaining documentation for financial transactions. The officer will also participate in credit-related decision making and coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.QualificationsExperience in Loan Evaluation, Credit Assessment, and Risk AnalysisProficiency in Financial Documentation and ComplianceStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to conduct Field Visits and Customer InteractionsProven ability to work independently and make sound financial decisionsPrior experience in the financial services industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
